Family name tile. Last initial in black, last name in color of your choice with "families are forever" on top. (you can choose to customize how you like with a different phrase).
Fits 12" x 12" tile. $12.00. Tile not included due to high shipping costs. Tiles can be purchased at Lowe's or Home Depot for $1-$3. Vinyl is easy to apply. If you are in Utah and wish to pick up your order you can order complete with tile for $14.00.
